Who's writing your chart
I'm Jarrod. I help Australian businesses get found in the places people actually look now, and that isn't only Google anymore.
More people ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers or Perplexity who to use, and they get one name back instead of a list of ten. Right now I'm working with businesses to make sure that name is theirs, by fixing what those tools read about them and checking each month what they actually say.
The ads and the Google side still matter, and I run those too. Most owners I talk to are paying for marketing nobody can tie to a sale, so I find the leak first, fix that, then turn the tap up.
