What I collect

If you do the check-up on the homepage: your first name (if you give it), your answers, your business name, website, town and state, and the email address you ask me to send your chart to. If you book a call or send me a message, your name, email, phone (if you give it) and what you write.

I also record which steps of the check-up are used, how long each question takes and where people stop, so I can make it better. That record has no names or email addresses in it.

If you give me your website, I run an automated check of your homepage (things like how fast it loads and what search engines can read). That's public information about the site, not about you.

Why

To work out your chart, send it to you, and get back to you about it. If you tick the box for occasional notes, I'll also send those. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and I act on it within five working days.

The next steps shown at the end of the check-up are ranked automatically from your answers (for example, a call only shows when the budget you mentioned suits one). Nothing else about you is decided automatically.

Where it's kept

Your answers and contact details are stored with Supabase, a database service whose servers may be outside Australia. Emails go through Google. Payments, if you choose to pay, are handled by Stripe through PayFunnels, and your card details never touch my site.

Who sees it

Me. I don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else for their marketing.

How long I keep it

A check-up you start but don't finish is deleted after 60 days. If you finish it, I keep your chart and contact details while we're in touch, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Seeing, fixing or deleting what I hold

Email info@jarrodbrake.com and tell me what you'd like. I'll sort it within a few business days. If you're not happy with how I've handled something, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
